We are now seeking expressions of interest from clients all over the country.

Apply to get started with a personalised Concept Design and join like-minded Kiwis that believe in Flexi’s vision to redefine and challenge the way New Zealand builds houses!

We are thrilled to have had such a demand for Flexi House. In order to achieve manufacturing efficiencies and economies of scale, we will undertake multiple group production runs to scale up and deliver Flexi Houses to our early adopters.

Next steps:

  • You’ve just applied for a Flexi House - awesome!

  • We’ll review your application and then meet to discuss your build project and to see if your site is suitable for a Flexi House

  • You’ll help us to establish a brief, and we work with you to develop your house design

  • Secure your spot with a $1,500 deposit (to cover initial engagement feasibility, brief and concept design)

  • We conduct a site visit and a project feasibility study

  • We then work on pricing your build with our manufacturer (project estimate)

  • Once we’ve agreed to terms, we sign a contract for the manufacture and assembly of your Flexi House (finance dependent)

  • We’ll produce working drawings and apply for consent

  • Manufacturing will begin
