These packages are available in Queenstown Lakes, Central Otago, Christchurch, Wellington, Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa.

Get upfront fixed-priced build contracts

Ideally suited for flat subdivision or rural sites. Minor earthworks okay. Steep or tricky sites will likely need to be Design & Build.
